The Story

Artichoke Agave(Agave parryi var. truncata) is a slow growing, rosette shaped succulent originating in Mexico. It has broad, squared off leaves with reddish brown teeth and terminal spines. Growing about 2-3 feet tall and 3-4 feet wide at maturity, this succulent will flower with a 10-20 foot tall spike opening with yellow flowers in the summer. Plant in full sun and allow the soil to dry out completely between waterings.
